We participate in the local community farmer's market, sponcer ely children's community theater, help with community christmas dinner, yoga, hospice, crochet group, vacation bible school, halloween events, change the world missions, and the garden of eat'n.
We aid in ministries to the hungry through the white pine ministerial association food bank and community against childhood hunger.
We charter family scouting cub scout pack #289 and troop 289 and have several adult education classes.
