| Adult Choir | 7:00 PM | Weekly, Wednesdays | The Adult Choir rehearses weekly and sings regularly in the worship services. They also present cantatas and other special musical offerings several times during the year. |
| Grace Notes | 5:30 PM | Weekly, Wednesdays | The handbell ringers rehearse weekly in the music room and regularly play in the worship service. Ringers of all levels are welcome. The ability to read music is not necessary, but is useful. |
| Hand in Hand | 2:00 PM | This extensive ministry has partnered with Vick Elementary School since the 2000 – 2001 school year. Winstead provides several meals for teachers throughout the year and special treats for all students at Halloween, Christmas, Valentines and before End of Grade testing. | Psalm 150 | 9:00 AM | Weekly, Sundays | The praise band practices on Sunday mornings and provides gathering music for worship weekly, and special music on occasion. |

| UMYF / ECHO Youth Group | 5:00 PM | Weekly, Sundays | For middle and high school students this ministry meets weekly on Sunday nights from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm. They also participate in periodic retreats, events, outings, and mission trips. |
| Women of Winstead | 10:00 AM | All women of Winstead United Methodist Church are invited to join WOW. The group meets monthly except during June and July. Meetings are scheduled for the third Saturday morning of the month, and they take place in homes and sometimes at the church. Annual events sponsored by WOW are as follows: Valentine Boxes for homebound members and college students (February), Chicken salad sale (April), and Christmas tea (December). Other events will be announced throughout the year. Events sponsored by WOW support local missions. | |
