    1980 - Diploma Mercer Island High School
    1984 - BA in Sociology Western Washington University
    1990 - Mdiv in Theology Fuller Theological Seminary
    1993 - Certificate New Pastors Mentor Training Program (Perkins School of Theology '* 2 year progam)
    2000 - Certificate Beeson Institute for Advanced Church Leadership (3 year program begun in 2000)
    Ministry:
    1990 - 95 Clark Fork Valley Parish (Clark Fork, Idaho) Pastor (all duties)
    1995 - 99 Pioneer UMC (Walla Walla, WA) Senior Pastor (all duties + staff)
    1999 - Central UPC (Richland, WA) Senior Pastor (Vision, Preach, Lead + staff)
    Membership:
    Participated in a Western Jurisdiction selected program for potential church planters.
    * President of Walla Walla Ministerial Association for 2 years
    * Joint Holy week services with other churches in all three appointments
    * Leader and host of Pastor’s Prayer Network in Tri-Cities
    * Leading church for Sharefest annual community service projects
    * Served on Hospice Board in Sandpoint Idaho during first pastorate
    * Led a community outreach to an impoverished neighborhood in Walla Walla
    * Served on two Alternative school boards for children not succeeding in mainstream schools (Discovery School ' Walla Walla, and Rivers Edge in Richland)
    * Currently serving on the United Way of Benton Franklin County
