Where can I get information about apportionments?

The General Council on Finance and Administration offers the article “Why We Apportion: A Theology of Giving.”  The article addresses Biblical stewardship, the United Methodist connection for mission , the theological foundations and Wesleyan heritage for apportionments as a system of giving.
